Bob assisted us in the sale of our condo, as well as the purchase of our new home, and we can't say enough about the help & guidance that he provided to us during this dual process. Bob had a great listening ear, he listened to what we felt was important to us in a home. He was very patient with us as we went through several homes. We never felt pressure or rushed. Also he did a great job at pointing out the pros and cons to each home, we never felt he was just trying to "sell" us just any house. Bob was with us through very part of the process and surpassed our expectations in a realtor! We are very happy!

Bob Selensky is the best realtor that we have ever worked with!  We moved to the area from southwest lower Michigan in January 2015.  He was highly recommended to us and we didn't know anyone else in the area so decided to work with him.  We bought our house through Bob.  It was a beautiful house  in Oak Creek situated on a park like setting.  Time was of the essence as my husband was starting a job here in just a few weeks.  Bob was available to us whenever we were able to come to the area to look at homes.  It was around the holidays...you know crazy time of the year... and he was phenomenal!! 















After being here for a few months, we decided that our house was too large and we wanted to downsize.  We also had fallen in love with South Milwaukee!  Bob was so patient after he showed me house after house.  I knew what I was looking for but just needed to find it!!  Finally, I did.  Bob looked out for us as if he was looking out for himself or a loved one.















Now, it was time to put our house in Oak Creek on the market.  Of course, we had Bob list it.  It sold in 2 1/2 weeks after only 4 showings in November!  He guided me quite nicely on what to do to sell it quickly.















He is honest, knowledgeable, patient and really fun to work with.  We would highly recommend him and have to several of our friends that are talking about buying a new home.

Bob both sold my home and helped me purchase a new home. On the selling side, he took wonderful pictures of our home (and a video), suggested a competitive, market-based list price, and took care of all paperwork and showings.  Unknown to us, we had some siding issues on our house; Bob was able to research the issues and bring recommendations to us to remedy.  The house was on the market less than one week. Bob coordinated the necessary closing activities and everything was very smooth.  His fee to list and sell our home was lower than similar quotes. On the buying side, Bob was extremely responsive and timely in lining up any houses I wanted to view. He came to the showings with all the house facts available and offered his opinion/guidance when I asked, without pushing. Extremely patient and always available. He found me the home I ended up putting an offer on and getting, at the price I wanted it at, without any compromises in the offer.
Bob truly made both processes as painless as possible through the hard work and determination he puts into his clients wants and needs.  He's available day and night, and his strong use of technology (e.g. tablet, wireless portable printer) allows him to meet you virtually anywhere that best fits your schedule.  I've really enjoyed working with him and would 100% recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in the future.
