I think they are expensive. If you can find workers they are wonderful, but tracking them down. They are not always where you can get a hold of them easily. They are responsive when you can find them. Once in a while if they walk by you they will ask you if you need help.

The service was excellent.  It was an amazing and easy process.  They were very quick and clean.  They are above and beyond.  It was amazing; it worked.  They were the best price we could find.

Lowes did a fantastic job. They stand behind their products then there's a problem. I liked everything that they did. Their prices are reasonable and lower than most stores.

We got exactly what we needed and we're not having any problems. We're very happy with the service. They took away the old toilets and cleaned everything up. We'd have to give them an A across the board.

It was a quick and free delivery. They had the best pricing.

It was a good experience. They found out the carpeting we wanted wasn't available in the time we wanted. They gave us a nice new carpeting and finished the job in the time they said they would. They were excellent.

After comparing prices at other carpet stores my husband and I decided on Lowe's for our Stainmaster carpet and installation. Within two days of selecting the carpet, Lowe's scheduled to have our room measured. The carpet needed to be special ordered so in two weeks our carpet was being installed. The installers were punctual and went right to work. Within three hours, we had a beautiful, new carpet. They also removed our old carpet and disposed of it. We received a call the next day from Lowe's asking how satisfied we were with their service and reminding us about the one year warranty on the carpet installations. The experience was "painless". The sales representative walked us through every step. I would definitely choose Lowe's again.

We ordered shades for 10 windows in our home. When the shades arrived Lowes installer put them up, saw immediately that one shade needed to be replaced because it was slightly off, left the defective blind up until the new one arrived and returned in an extremely timely fashion once the shade arrived at our home .
We were absolutely impressed with the professionalism of the installer and the helpfulness of the Lowes employees who helped us to make our window shade choices. We changed our order from one company's shades to another's and the employee was patient and made valuable suggestions. We would definitely recommend the window treatments department to anyone who asks. We haven't had any dealings with any other departments at Lowes but if every one is handled with the same professionalism as this department, then one should have no complaints. They deserve an A+.

We were very happy with it. We were very pleased with our toilets. They charged us $450 for each toilet. We used their services because it was close to our home. They had everything that we wanted. I would use their services again in the future.

Everything went fine. The installer and salesmen were good. Also their customer service was good. We had no problems. My neighbors liked the windows so much that they went and bought some too.

It went well. They sent 2 guys who could have used a better dolly, but all in all, a good job.

We had no problem with low's at all. They provided a very good craftsman to do the installation. We had some problems with the storm doors and the factory representative was always there on the spot to correct the problem. There was no problem with the installation, but with the doors themselves. They were Larson doors, but there was a problem and they fixed it.

I spent around $590 for washer and $500 for the dryer. I was very happy with them. I had actually bought another washer from them. However, I wasn’t very happy with it. So, I went to them and bought another washer. They delivered the new one and took back the previous one, with no questions asked. They didn’t have any problems with it. They were very careful when they delivered the washer. Their selection is pretty good. They don’t charge anything for delivery. They deliver 7 days a week. Their prices are lower than the other places. I will use them again in the future.

Very well. Lowes Contractor, Mr Builder, was very kind, helpful and professional. We had an issue with one of the fence pieces that was damaged. Mr Builder pointed it out right away. There was some confusion at Lowes over the reordered fence panel but it all came out OK in the end.

I like Lowe s a lot. They have very nice stuff. We did a lot of upgrading in our new apartment and I used them for stuff. The people are very nice and you don t have to walk around lost. They are a little expensive, though.

There is a problem without the pedestal, because the washer will not shut off, so you must be around when it gets done. You also have to use high effiency soap.

As we were planning to redo our kitchen I brought in measurement to get a quote. I was informed that I would need to make an appointment and wait 1 week go get any type of quote on kitchen cabinets and counter tops, as I was 7 months pregnant, time was very important and I could not wait one week. I ended up calling a different Lowe s and received a timely quote.

I did my homework and this type of machine is a high quality unit. The lady was intelligent and helpful. We selected the delivery date. The nice delivery men should have looked where they were taking the machine. They scratched the machine and the wall. They did exchange the units, but they never apologized. They set the unit up for me and ran it. It works.

The staff at Lowe's was friendly and knowledgeable about carpeting/tile. They were able to provide me with an installer who could perform both jobs, therefore making the process simple and timely. The installer Roger, and his helper Patrick were excellent. I honestly can't say enough good things about the two of them. They were on time, courteous, cleaned their entire mess, were considerate when moving my furniture, and did an outstanding high-quality job. Roger was great with small suggestions/ideas that proved to be GREAT!! His expertise with carpet and tile is amazing. I was extremely pleased with my experience from start to finish. I had to wait a while before actual installation could be done after my purchase, but it was well worth the wait. They are simply overloaded with work at the moment (busy time of year). The quality of the products and the value I received from Lowe's will have my repeat business for future projects. My only concern was paying up front for services but that seems to be the norm these days. Lowe's was also good at keeping me informed of the ongoing process. (Ex: picking out materials, ordering materials, scheduling times with installer, etc.)
