We got a quote over the phone that was based on the depth of the well that we needed filled, which could not be determined until after the work began. Communication was a little bit lacking at times, but overall, the company and employees were very professional, and the work was completed in a timely manner (less than one day) with minimal mess. I wish I had called them years ago. It will be so nice to not need to re-certify this old well again. (Yea for city water!)

Well pump stops unexpectedly and we are then without water. Thought we needed to drill a new well (Very expensive). Ken Sweeney techs were able to get pump started and restored system to good working order. Responsiveness was impressive - we were taken care of in less than a day.
Both techs were very knowledgeable and helped me to understand the system issues in plain English. They coul dhave easily sold me some extra services and in fact were careful to show me the no-cost options I had. I will need to have a new well in the near future and will absolutely give them the business.

They were my 2nd opinion. The first company that came out wanted to charge me between $4000 - $8000, but Ken was able to do only what was needed and I expect the final bill to be around $600! Ken came out early on Saturday morning before he went out of town. He said the other company was trying to replace things that were fine. He sent his guy out yesterday. He took a water sample to test the water, put in a new pump switch, checked out the pressure tank, worked on the pipe, checked the well, recommended some minor grading around the house, and answered any questions that I had. I was very pleased with my experience with Ken. I was impressed that he made time to come over before he went out of town. He was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. I truly feel that he saved the deal on my home. I wouldn't have been able to close on my home if I had been forced to pay $8000 to the other company.

They did a real good job. I called them over the weekend and they were here Monday morning. They were courteous and offered a reasonable price. Everything went real well with them. I really liked the guys. I would recommend them to others.

Well problems are always a crisis, it seems. Sweeney was prompt and honest with us - they fixed the problem in about 2 hours. We went in thinking we needed a new lateral and were prepared to pay for it. Sweeney will definately be our well people from now on.

He was very efficient and he explained everything. He cleaned up everything and was very good.

Excellent. We had to have a new well pump installed over a weekend. We decided to use the vendor listed on the original pump, because it was an emergency. That was done, but shortly thereafter a problem developed. The person who did the work for the original vendor left the company, and they didn't want to help us, since we had rust in our water about a year later. Sweeney charged a minimum amount to fix the problem which hasn't returned for over 3 years now. I wish we had used him to being with.

They did this work within days of me calling. We never expected the piping to be that long and so they worked with us to come to an agreement on the work. That was so nice of them to do this for us, and was unexpected. I would use them again for future service.

I CALLED AROUND FOR PRICING AND THEY WERE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND DID GOOD WORK.
