Auto Service
Excellent. I have used this Jim's Auto for about 10 years or so. He has looked after two of my cars. They were both Toyota. My current car is a Prius. In addition to being well informed about all the latest changes in cars, this place is courteous, reliable and in the time I have used them, I never had to go back for a second time of looking over repairs.
Also they have gone way beyond the call of duty by helping me out on a weekend when it was of dire importance that something be checked before an important trip.
I have also been able to use a loaner car when they have had to keep my vehicle for a couple of days.
I love it that I can ask them whether certain things that other places suggested be done on my car and I can trust that they will tell me honestly whether I need the maintenance. Their ethics are beyond reproach. I would recommend them to anyone.
The only drawback for me with them is that they are located 25 miles from my home...but I have realized over time that it is well worth the drive to have the kind of conficdence that I have in them.
