So far, so good! In two months I have toned up, gone down a size, and lost 7 lbs. That's what you can see, what you can't see is how this has improved my attitude, my stress level, and my strength. As far as their business, they have friendliest most encouraging instructors I've ever worked with. They care about me and my journey. They know my name, they're happy to see me, and they pay attention to me. The facility is clean and well maintained. They have monthly challenges, DJ nights (love 'em), and I get to PUNCH A BAG!!! I get to ROUNDHOUSE KICK!!! I get to jab, cross, left-uppercut, right hook, left front kick ALL THE STRESS AWAY!! I highly recommend I love kickboxing in Franklin.

I love kickboxing Franklin is seriously amazing! The staff is super helpful and encouraging! I had no idea what I was doing and felt ridiculous, but they were patient and kept showing me what to do until I got it! They make everyone feel accomplished, and never miss a beat! I loved our experience and can't wait for the next time we come in!
