They can look for parts somewhere else. They are neat and clean. The people are friendly. They take good care of my mother and I. I will continue to use them.

The service greater is pleasant. I have used the and quot;quick oil changeand quot; and regular service bay in the past. Have had a good experience in the past, however the last time was not up to standard. Oil plug after change was lose and had to remind them to change the wiper blades after it was and quot;finishedand quot;.

Excellent to deal with doesn't try to up sell on their services.

Again, sales is fine.

Excellent, as usual. I bought a new truck from Hiller in 2004 from salesman Steve Misher. He was very professional, honest, and straight-forward in his dealings with me. He went above and beyond my expectations in answering all of my questions regarding towing weights, etc. both before and after the sale. In the years that I have owned this vehicle (I still own it), Steve has always responded to my concerns in a timely manner. I would buy from this dealership again because of the excellent service I received from Steve Misher. I have had all my service work done at this dealership and the service has always been excellent! They have always delivered all services as promised in a timely manner and have always taken the time to explain any questions that I may ask regarding my vehicle. When it is time to replace my truck, I will definitely be doing business with them again.

They have been honest with me, with someone that is not real knowledgeable about cars. They are fair with prices. They also finish my services in a timely manner. Sometimes loner cars are available here too, and shuttle service is always available in the morning.

They are terrific. I have never had any problem with them. I can call them any time to ask a question and he will answer me. The prices are reasonable and they do quality work. I never had to take the car back after they fixed it. I don't have any wait time.

I have been using their services for about eighteen months now. They give you a loaner car while the work is being done and they do have a waiting area as well. If you want to get in and out quickly you have to make an appointment.

AFTER HAVING A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE PEOPLE (THEY TOOK TOO LONG AND NOT A THOROUGH JOB) I TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND HE FIXED THE JOB.
