I have had the same person from the company clean twice and both times the level of cleaning was average, there were spots that were missed both cleanings. I contacted the owner and she was very responsive and offered solutions to the level of expectations I have. We are currently working on a solution as she now has a full schedule and the current person cleaning is the only one available to clean for me.
