Came out the same day called. Came within time frame given. When he found the problem, he alerted me that the refrigerator may still be under warranty and to check that before having someone not factory authorized do the fix. This ended up saving me a lot of money. I appreciated his honesty.

Bill is very good with explaining about what is wrong and how to fix it. I was impressed that he came at 6:30 on Friday night to complete the job. This is our second experience with the company and highly recommend it. I got the company off Angie's list - and Angie hasn't steered my wrong yet!

Bill was great. He was about a 1/2 hour late but was very apologetic about it. He came in and quickly assessed that my door was bent and seeping all of the cold air out. He fixed it, defrosted my freezer coils and gave me some tips on refrigerator door care. He was done in about an hour and billed me by a standard price list. I just wish he hadn't stuck an ugly business sticker on my ice maker which was a pain to peel off.

THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY AND CALLED WHEN THE REPAIRMAN WOULD BE THERE WITHIN THE HOUR. HE SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WAS FRIENDLY. THE SERVICE CALL CHARGE IS $29.95 WHICH IS MUCH LOWER THAN OTHER COMPANIES. HE CLEANED AND CLEARED A DRAIN WHICH WAS THE PROBLEM. TOTAL COST SEEMED HIGH FOR THE WORK, BUT SAVES US THE COST OF BUYING NEW.
