Fisco Auto Body is proud to be the oldest established auto body repair shop in Franklin and to have 3 generations of Fiscos serving the collision repair and refinishing needs of so many. Our hometown roots and well established reputation is a good indicator that your repair is in good hands! We employ I-CAR trained technicians and are proud to be a member of the Automotive Repair Association. Went very well, everyone was so pleasant. Van done when stated and looked so much better! I will definitely be back to fix some more scratches. So glad to have an auto repair shop I can trust close by.

The estimate I got was lower another body shop I previously did business with.  The interaction I had with the staff was very positive and they were very competent.  The car was dropped off at the shop for two and a half days and was ready on time.  I was very satisfied with the results.

I did not check any other body repair places before choosing Fisco Auto Body.  Their reviews were outstanding and I trust the Angies List reviews.  The people I dealt with at Fisco were very helpful when I made to preliminary phone calls regarding hours and question on whether they did the type of repairs I needed.  When I brought the vehicle in for an estimate, it was quick, thorough and they were able to do the two extra things--window repair and battery replacement.  We made an appointment for the work and it was done when they promised it, although I could not get there to pick it up right away because of my work schedule.   That was not a problem for them.  The repairs were well done.  The staff was very patient and friendly and the cost was very reasonable.  I highly recommend Fisco Auto Body and would go back to them for any auto body repairs.  Plus they gave an Angies List discount.

This family owned company is fantastic!   They did an excellent job on my car.   They quoted a few ways they could go about doing the repair and let me choose which would be best for needs.   You cannot even see where there had ever been any damage.   They are also very friendly and likeable.   Very good experience and I will use them in the future.

Cheaper estimate than the dealership.  Took them about 15 minutes to replace the original pad, which had been damaged by a trailer, with an OEM pad.  Looks as good as new.

Fisco was very easy to work with.  I did not need an appointment for an estimate.  They took a look at the car and were able to quickly tell me what it would cost to repair the damage.  They came in over $100 less than the quote I got from the dealership.   They were booked out a few weeks, but when I mentioned that I was going on vacation and they could have the car for a week to work on it, they were able to fix my car for me while I was gone.  I was able to save even more money by using the 5% off coupon I got from Angie's List.

It was a great, fast, and accurate service! When I picked up the car, it was good to go with everything repaired and they even went out of their way to do a little extra that was needed and didn't charge me for it.  It shows how great service and experience will show why they are a leader in this industry!  The Bumper looked like factory and even they had to replace the Taillamp cover which was a brand new part as well.  Awesome service and I would recommend them if you get hit by another vehicle, they can get you fixed up in no time!

They gave us an accurate estimate on the spot of what was needed, and the cost to repair it.  Their cost was very competitive and a great deal for the quality of work they do.  They were able to get us in, and get the work done quickly compared to another place we got an estimate from.  The work was done on time, when they said it would be.  They have state of the art equipment, and the car turned out excellent.  They are low key, genuine people, not pushy at all.  A great family business.
