Richard was very professional. We called him for an estimate and he arrived when he said he would. We accepted the estimate the next day and he was able to begin the project later that week. He worked long hours in the room and when he was done, it looked great, much better than we expected considering how it looked before he began. He is an experienced professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for another project!

Richard did an outstanding job. His attention to detail is very impressive. He got our storm windows, which had been painted shut for more than 25 years unstuck.
