Justin was great, he spent a lot of time with me pre-sales as we considered moving to a high efficiency water heater replacement. Then when the final decision was made, was onsite within 24 hours delivering as promised.

Justin is a master plumber. I have used him for 3 different jobs at 3 different locations. His advice and understanding of what needs to be done is excellent. The quality of his work is always terrific.

Justin was awesome. made a point to get out despite challenges at a different job earlier in the day, which I appreciated as I worked from home to accommodate their visit. augerwed both toilets, found a faulty flush valve and seal in one, and resolved the blockage in the softener. Justin explained everything in great detail and had me observe everything he did, which was a nice learning experience. overall highly recommend - on time, thorough, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. great experience.

I wanted old gas pipe replaced/upsized.  Castleman showed the most interest and knowledge of all bidders.  Their quote was the most precise and descriptive of all the bidders - I knew exactly what I was getting.  The topper was that they were also the lowest bid.
They laid done runners, so my stairs/carpet were protected when they went in/out.  Work was completed in good time and quality of work was very good.
Would hire again, if needed.

He was in ahead of time and knew we were getting this ready for a renter coming in so they really worked with us in getting in almost on short notice. He did some prepping the day before as long as we were there working and cleaning up so it was great because of other activities going on there being installed at the same time they were doing their work. Everything went very smoothly. We are extremely happy at the great job done.

Saw water on floor and found the a pipe under the kitchen sink had a hole in it. Called Castleman and spoke with Justin. Justin was very busy that day but said he would try to help me out. Sure enough he was able to find time for me. Before he came to my home Justin had me text some photos of the job and he was able to actually give me a price quote. Justin arrived that afternoon and got to work. He was professional and pleasant. The job was completed and I was charged the amount he had quoted earlier. The work looks great. Glad I found Castleman and will call next time I have a plumbing issue.

This work was fairly last minute and Justin was very helpful with picking out the toilets.  I wasn't home but my mom was impressed with the professionalism and speed of the job.

After thirty-some years in our home and never having to call a plumber, suddenly we have needed a plumber 3 different times. Again Angie's List saved the day. We picked the closest plumber with good reviews. The first instance was when we returned home from Florida in February and found our furnace had failed. One pipe had burst, so we called Castleman's. Justin replaced the burst pipe, turned the water back on, found 6 more pipes burst, and replaced them. All this was done very quickly, very efficiently, with excellent workmanship He came out again when we found another leak. Again, he came out promptly and fixed it quickly. A few weeks later we had another small leak. He came and replaced a piece of pipe and a valve. With Castleman you get quality, efficiency, fair prices and very professional courteous service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Justin Castleman is a very knowledgeable and professional plumber. He is willing to help diagnose issues over the phone if you feel like you're handy enough to do some things yourself but want to have a professional opinion before you get in over your head.
In my case the ceiling below my upstairs bathroom shower got saturated and fell down so I knew I had an issue with my shower above. Using Angie's list, I found Justin's business and saw he had good ratings so I called him and he gave me some things to try to determine where the leak was coming from. I was able to determine it was coming from the shower's drain flange so I scheduled a time for Justin to come by which was within 2 days. At the time I scheduled this little did I know that I'd be losing my job the next day so income was now non existent. My shower was leaking, however, and I needed to get it fixed but now I needed it done on the cheap rather than paying for the full job as I was planning on.
Justin arrived at the scheduled time and I told him about my situation and he understood and was willing to work with me to make sure I got my shower drain fixed but not "break the bank" in the process. He told me some things I could do to save some cost and suggested I go to one of the "big box" stores to get the supplies we needed in order to save some money. I got the supplies, did some demo work and Justin installed all the parts with a little help from me and everything worked out great. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome or for a better plumber to work with.
Take my advice and call Justin if you need any type of plumbing work done...you won't be disappointed.

I found Justin through an Angie's List deal. He was running a $99 for $200 worth of plumbing deal. The deal covered the entire cost of my repair, with $7 left over.
Justin scheduled me immediately, showed up on time and was very respectful of my kitchen space. He cleared the counter around the sink, placed covers over my counter and surrounding areas. He was dealing with some pretty gross stuff, but he kept the workspace clean. Even after the job was done and he removed the covers, he still wiped everything down.
He ended up shooting 25 feet of automatic (electrically run) snake down the drain. As he pushed the snake down, it twisted around, clearing debris. It's more than a year later, and my sink still drains like a champ.
He was very friendly as he worked, making conversation, during which he learned that I wanted to install a new faucet. I'd already purchased the new faucet. It was exactly what I wanted stylewise, but the second he saw the brand, he advised me to take it back. It was an Aquasource. He said it looked nice, but that all the internal parts were plastic, and it would break in no time. (He could've just installed my crummy faucet and charged me again to come out and fix it! So I thought it was pretty nice of him to be up front about the brand.) Then, he offered to research a quality faucet that met my design specs and would fit my sink holes. I took him up on it! He sent me an option, but I just haven't had the funds to pursue it.
All in all, my experience was great. I would definitely call him again.

Justin arrived on time. He was was polite and friendly. He explain what he was doing and why. He did a very thorough job of cleaning up after he installed the faucet and shut off valve to bring my plumbing up to code.
