They did everything that they said that they would do and it was efficient, gave me some other pointers of things that I needed to do and some suggestions so I would say very good.
He was very helpful, he answered all of my questions and I sat and asked him lots of questions because I have never been responsible for this before some of things I thought I needed to do he told me was unnecessary that my filters did not need changing again and that it was perfectly clean cause I have a special type of air cleaner on the furnace, he check and make sure everything was in right, cleaned out the hoses and told me if I wanted and I told him I didn't like the hose cause it was dark and it wasn't nice looking and he told me where I could go and buy new hoses if I wanted to put it on and showed me how to do it.
Replacing a furnace may sound trivial, but they had to move the electrical lines, gas pipes, PVC air intake and exhaust pipes, and then mate to the old sheet metal. Everyone I came into contact with during the process was both professional and pleasant.
I have no reservations with recommending this company or it's people.
