Description of Work: They core aerated my lawn and did a great job. Arrived on time. Were very friendly. And price was very reasonable. My lawn has quite a few trees, gardens, etc...that had to be gone around - and they did a wonderful job. Will be having them come again this year.

+ -1 moreThe spring was busy for most lawn care companies so it was no surprise that it took a little bit of time before the work could be done. The de-thatching was labor-intensive and done well. I was surprised by how much dead material came up out of our lawn. The lawn was cut on a different date. It was just a cut, with no trimming (as per our agreement). The lawn was cut just fine.
Description of Work: De-Thached and Cut Lawn.

+ -1 moreI called a number posted on signage along the road. I was contacted promptly, and the technician came to my home and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work I needed done. He came back on the day we mutually scheduled and did the work.
Description of Work: I had 5 tree stumps removed (ground up) and one dead bush dug out. Bengos did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service!

+ -1 moreIt went very well. A few days after I spoke with them, they came out and did the job while I was at work . The stumps/roots were completely pulverized. I would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: I had removed some bushes in my front yard and needed five stumps ground down.

+ -1 moreI called on Saturday the stumps were removed on Tuesday. I could not even tell he was there. The stumps were gone but the grass was not ruined or torn up. It was like they were never there.
Description of Work: 2 yrs ago, a tennant had removed the bushes in front of the house but left the stumps. We called Bengo's last year to remove some tree stumps in our yard and my husband thought we should ask them if they remove bush stumps. They did.

+ -1 moreAfter coming to my home for an estimate he left a message saying that my street was too busy to park on so he wouldn't bid on the job. This just seemed to be a silly excuse as no one else has ever indicated having a problem with parking - there is almost never anyone parked in front of my house! I suspect that the reason was actually that my yard and the job was too small to consider bidding.
Description of Work: Requested an estimate for spring cleanup and weekly mowing.

When it changes due to weather conditions, he is quick to shoot me an e-mail to keep me informed or ask what would work out best for my schedule. He was very professional from the first contact and I will definitely continue to have Bengert's take care of my lawn from here on out.
Description of Work: Scott Bengert has been very professional to work with. I've never met Scott but he's very efficient using e-mail and phone to communicate with me, providing an estimate and billing me by e-mail as well. This is great for me as I'm very busy and normally not available at home during regular business hours. Bengo's is contracted to cut my lawn, trim and clean up regularly, and apply fertilizer, weed killer, etc. 4 times per year. His costs are at the market and when I haven't been completely satisfied with the mowing, all I do is send Scott an e-mail and he's right on it. I would definitely recommend Bengo's to anyone who needs lawn service.

+ 0 moreI left 2 messages before the owner called. He then said that he would come out on a Friday between 10-12am to give me an estimate on pruning, but never came. I then left another message which he never returned. He should have just said that he didn't want or couldn't do the pruning I wanted done instead of setting up a time to come over.

+ -1 moreI had a very positive experience with this company. Jim was on time and very reasonably priced. When asked to do some additional work he gladly agreed to do so. If needed I would definitley use them again.
