Overall, everything was great. He works efficiently and cleans like it is his own carpet. He keeps working until he gets all of the spots out, and really works hard. Sometimes it takes a while, but the finished product looks great. It's so much better than having someone come out and work quickly leaving spots. We've never had to call him back, and I'm pretty sure he guarantees his work.

Their prices were reasonable. I found them through another provider and they gave him a good recommendation. He was absolutely timely and courteous. His prices stayed in line with the final cost that I paid. I'm getting ready to use him again next week to do another cleaning.
