My kitchen sink was not draining properly and was backing up into the wet-bar sink in the basement. (The back up also occurred with the use of my dishwasher). I tried to use plunger and various other drain openers without success. While using the plunger the ?u? shaped pipe fell apart from corrosion, rush or chemicals used over the years. Now I not only have a backed up drain, I have a broken pipe. I call Ipsen plumming on a Friday morning and he was able to come out by lunchtime to fix the sink pipe and snake my drain about 150ft out into the underground pipe. Process took about 40 minutes and the whole visit was approx. 1 hour. The work area was left clean and I have not had any problems since then. Great Job!!! Great Price!!! Great Service!!!

Mr Ipsen was fair, honest, prompt to respond, clean, professional and articulate. I have had some bad experiences with other service/repair people in the past, so I will definately call Mr Ipsen again when needed.

He is a very honest man, very clean, they do great work. The biggest issue for me is that they are honest and fair with everything they do.
