I am completely satisfied with my experience both before purchase and after-sale support from Chris. He helped me select the best stove for my space and installed it expertly including a new chimney. He was courteous, patient, and professional at every step of the way. The sale included a great, unexpected care package of accessories (matches, kindling, gloves, thermometer, and seasoned wood for the first fire) that really made getting started a cinch. I've been in several times for advice and recommendations and Chris is obviously interested in maintaining a great working relationship after the sale. This is exactly the experience I was hoping for.

It went great. Very professional and and no mess left behind. Chris showed me how to use the fireplace and started a fire to make sure all worked perfectly.

He was so helpful with assisting us in finding the right size and model to suit our needs. He did a great job with installation too -- quick, clean and professional. Wood Heat Center was exceptional! They responded to my inquiry right away. Came to my house within days to measure and inspect the current fire place and had quotes back to me the next day. The install went smoothly and quickly. Chris even had a 'welcome package' for me, including a bundle of wood, firestarter, gloves, and fire glass cleaner. It was absolutely amazing. He also checked in afterward to see how things were going. I cannot express my gratitude to Chris and Wood Heat Center. I recommend them to anyone who wants a fireplace!

Chris was great. He gave us a lot of good information, he came to our home to measure and ensure this would work for us, and helped us make our choice. Within a short time we had our new gas fireplace with a beautiful black and copper-trimmed front, operated with a remote control. It easily heats our entire great room and beyond.
