AFTER 5 MONTHS OF WAITING, AND LISTENING TO EXCUSES, I FIRED HIM OFF THIS JOB. I PAID HALF DOWN UP FRONT, AND WAS LUCKY TO ONLY LOSE THAT AMOUNT. I DID RECEIVE SOME WORK DONE, AND SOME PARTS, BUT HE DIDN'T DO WHAT HE WAS SUPPOSE TO. WHAT REALLY WAS FRUSTRATING, WAS THAT HE DIS-MANTLED A WORKING SIGN TO REPAIR IT, THEN NEVER FINISHED,LEAVING ALL THE FRAGILE NEON LAYING IN MY BACKROOM. I WAS WORSE OFF THAN IF HE NEVER STARTED. HE ADMITTED HE "DROPPED THE BALL, ON THIS ONE" I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO BAD-REVIEW HIM! HE IS VERY LUCKY I AM BEING FAIRLY CIVIL ABOUT MY REVIEW,THE EXPERIENCE WAS MUCH WORSE! I WISH I HAD KNOWN ABOUT ANGIE'S LIST BEBORE BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Description of Work: was to repair and fix a commercial sign for my business. Tim came to me looking for my business, i did not seek him out. To put it simply, he was totally unreliable as to what he said, what he promised, when he would show up as promised, as to answering phone calls, or to return calls. Don't let the fancy web-site, or advertising fool you!
