The Deck Company

We had a lot of problems. We had just installed a pool and I needed a deck put on because we were having a family get together. I signed with him and told him I needed the deck done in about a month for the family get together. He got it done enough so we could use it but he really did not get done with it until about three months after he started. He told me it was a four day project so it was really bad, really miserable. He kept asking for money and I told him I was not giving him another dime until it was done. I had paid him half upfront. He told me it would be no problem and that he had two or three guys and they would be done in four days. He had someone help him a little bit of the time but a lot of the time he built it himself. The work was good but it took him way too long. I was furious. He would say he was going to show up and then never would. Because it was hot he would take multiple breaks throughout the day and not show up until 10:00.
