Fred, Thank you for explaining what needed to be done in detail, your focus on getting the work done and leaving me a stair railing better than before. Your customers also should know, this was not your typical stair railing that you hold onto when you walk up to a bedroom. It is a railing that prevents people from falling 3ft onto a lower level. I will be calling K.F, again for future projects that I have in mind. respectfully. Joe

The carpenter was friendly, very knowledgeable, highly skilled and adaptive to interpret, analyze and develop a good plan for dealing with complications as they arose. Finished job was excellent, accomplishing the objective laid out and cosmetically well crafted when he finished his work. Superb !

Some problems initially because equipment needed for job was broken. It took a week to get parts and repair but once that happened work was done.
