Be Assured Pest Control

I really like the man!  He was there last fall, and will come out in May, June, and July as well. He was supposed to provide extra services last fall, but he extended the timeline until this coming summer.  I find him very dependable.  I had used him in the past, and I am very happy.

The experience went great from start to finish.  The person at the office I spoke with knew exactly was I needed from the description I gave her.  Was able to schedule someone to come that very same week.  Steve came out, took care of immediate problems right away and then discussed what else needed to be taken care.  Together we were able to come up with a plan, which he then started right away.  Then when he was finished he went over things again so I knew what to look for and what was done around the house, inside and out.

It turned out well.  The wasps didn't come back.  Their punctuality stood out.  They came over right away and took care of it.

Everything was excellent. They were very helpful, explained the situation, and make recommendations.

One of our friends referred them to us. They haven?t been here too recently. We had a squirrel in our house and I called them. It was a panic situation. They were very responsive. He dealt with it over the phone. We are on a schedule with them. He tends to say that everything is natural and we are going to be okay and our animals are also going to be okay. I just like him when he comes out. He is a very personable man. They seem to do a good job. We had mice and they are pretty much gone now. The price is okay. I trust him.

Marlin was very helpful over the phone and gave me a lot of helpful information about carpenter ants. He described in detail what would need to be done. I paid for three monthly treatments. When he came for the first treatment, he was very thorough, explained the process and answered all of my questions. The company forgot to call to schedule my second treatment, but they were very apologetic and offered a fourth treatment free of charge. I asked him to look at one of the trees outside the house and he was able to tell me that there were ants in that tree also. Very friendly and professional service. Would definitely use them again.

We have children and pets so Marlin Czupowski, the owner and service provider, always lets us know if there is a safety issue with anything he is applying. Most everything is pet and kid-friendly. We trust Marlin because he has been providing pest control for us even before he started his own company.
