Description of Work: Clean and regulate 3 clocks.

Description of Work: Around the Clock has taken care of our mechanical clock collection for many years, always with professional competence. Before my husband's return from the hospital, Sam came to the house and wound and set all the clocks, and didn't even charge me for the service. Top notch all the way.

Description of Work: I have had a watch repaired by Around The Clock LLC. We also had them clean a clock.

Description of Work: The grandfather clock had stopped so we hired him to diagnose and repair. He found the pendulum was unhooked and reattached it. After he left the clock was running unevenly and a week or so later the pendulum hit the bottom of the clock floor. We phoned to have him come out once again to fix the promblem. He gave us some minor instructions over the phone which didn't work so we again called him back to have him return but he never returned our call. The reason we hired him for the grandfather clock was because he fixed a music box inside a jewelry box which is also not working properly now.

Description of Work: I have used them for at least 10 years. They put a new movement in one of my clocks. I also purchased a refurbished Victorian clock from them for about $200.

Description of Work: My 21 year old Sligh wall clock was running poorly. It has a 7-8 day movement, but wouldn't run that long even when I wound it up completely. Also, it chimed very slowly. It had been 16 years since it was last serviced. I brought it in to Around the Clock for an estimate and received a call back within 2 business days. I went with a full replacement of the movement rather than having it rebuilt. The additional cost was minimal and it came with a 2 year factory warranty. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost for all of this work was only $88, more that the work done 16 years ago, particularly since the previous work done on it was not as extensive!

Description of Work: THEY ARRIVED ON TIME TO GIVE US A FREE ESTIMATE ON REPAIR OF OUR GRANDFATHER CLOCK. HE TOOK WITH HIM THE GUTS TO REPLACE WHAT NEEDED REPLACED AND CLEAN WHAT NEEDED CLEANED. ALSO TOOK SMALLER CLOCK FOR REPAIRS.
