One clock is running well (it got totally new works, it should). One will not keep proper time, one is flakey.

"We did exactly what the customer asked us to do. We found the pendulum off as well as the pendulum leader of off the suspension spring. This is common when the weight catches under the pendulum when winding. Given that we reattached both. He insisted that the movement did not need service. It was in need of at least a cleaning and lubrication. The clock was running when we left. He called several weeks later saying the pendulum was off. His call took an angry tone. He wanted me to come over again at no charge. Partial repairs are not guaranteed. Trying to find a compromise, we instructed him how to re-hang the pendulum. (very easy to do). We didn’t hear from him again. As far as the music box I just don't believe him. It was under warranty, why didn't they bring it back. If there was a problem? I gladly would have made it right."

My Victorian runs beautifully and it is the most elegant clock I have in my home. They have ethics, morals and values, I would trust them with my life they are just superb! I even asked them for a recommendation on who I should use to fix my furnace.

We have collected clocks for years. My husband really liked this gentleman's advice. He told us that we should replace the bushings regularly which we never knew. This man really knew what he was doing.

Went very well. When I first called I received great instructions for how to find the shop. The estimate was done within the time frame indicated, and the work was also completed within the estimated time frame. When I picked up the clock, I received some tips for making sure it ran smoothly. They also put a sticker inside the door with the service date, and the recommended time for a cleaning (4 years); they told me the cost for the cleaning is minimal. I think the reminder sticker is a great idea!

On this particular job they did a variety of little repair jobs. I collect clocks and have a cabinet filled with tiny clocks. I can't say enough about the owners. They are always reasonable in price, prompt in getting the work done and are very passionate about their work. They have my business for life! Personality wise they are wonderful people too.

THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND NOT AT ALL PUSHY. HE TOLD US HIS RECOMMENDATIONS. HE WAS VERY CAREFUL AND RESPECTFUL OF OUR CLOCKS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
