Wrightway Home Improvement LLC
About us
Formerly known as Wright Energy Systems Inc. started by Dave and Carol Wright, Wrightway entered the marketplace by offering energy efficient products in 1977, including foam insulation, solar panels, air to air exchange systems, and in ground heating systems. As the energy crisis lessened and governmental tax incentive and credits to homeowners and businesses were no longer available the marketplace for such products shrunk substantially. The Wright's made the decision in the early 80's to continue to offer energy efficient products and entered the home remodeling market. Currently Wrightway specializes in siding, gutters, gutter protection, doors, replacement windows and insulation. In July of 2007 the new ownership of Wrightway made the decision to expand our product line to include a roofing system, retractable awnings and composite deck solutions. Today Wrightway is owned by Joe Mand and Jon Pitzen, their vision is to continue to grow the company the same way it was built, by offering superior products, excellent service and exceeding customer expectations.

I had other quotes, and while their price was equal to another option and better than another. Wrightway had done the gutter on the other side of my garage and had corrected the pitch of a gutter on the back of my house installed in the past by another company, so I trusted they would do good work and they did.
Next problem: at my front door, the vinyl trim where the corners meet vertical & horizontal have a nearly 1/2" gap on both sides of the door. The trim piece above my 15' garage door is 2 pieces that don't contact each other leaving a 2/3" gap. Next issue: the roof was leaking in my garage and stained my drywall, Joe argued with me for months about how he did not do a roofing job and when I finally used the correct term "roof deck" and the water stains were in line with the 3' roof deck replacement meet the existing. Someone finally came out and kept telling me that water follows the path of least resistance and it was coming from some where else and when he gets up on the roof to inspect it was discovered that the ice and water shied was not put on. Final problem: the shakes on my front gable are falling off. I called the office on 1/19/2015 and they submitted a work order on 1/21/2015 Joe returned my call and said to keep the piece of shake inside my porch and keep the door unlocked so he can reuse it. Now 8 weeks later and no repair I called Wrightway again and they have caller ID and knew who I was and would call me back which they did and said they have a potential job near by coming up in 2 weeks and will swing by and I said I will see you in 2 weeks and his response was it might be longer it's a potential job. I feel I have been jerked around long enough and feel it is because I am a woman.
