Can I give them an A+++ (I sure hope so). Let's put it this way, I drive an extra 25 minutes from a closer Hyundai dealer to go here. I am replacing a car this year, and it might be a Hyundai just because I know Van Horn service is here! They are just awesome!

They are one place that truly stands out as exceptional as far as service and professionalism. I was blown away especially their service department; they are so kind and make you feel so comfortable. No question is unusual question; everything I asked is answered immediately. I am impressed with them. They have ladies working there as well as men. They are so professional. They are very impressive. They are very detailed. They know what they are doing and it is just awesome. They are very personable; they chat with you. There are free drinks in the waiting area. If you don't want to wait, you can take a car and shop. It is wonderful

I have used them for five years. They're just good. They take good care of the car. It's where I bought the car. They're always been straight with me. The office is adequate and fine. They have coffee there and nice little amenities. It's not dirty. Their prices were very competitive with other dealers. Their pricing is reasonable. I would use them in the future.
