I was so impressed with Colin. He was professional and extremely tidy. Originally I called him to cover the deteriorating foam insulation on the exterior basement walls with metal sheathing at the recommendation of my realtor prior to putting the house on the market. He checked prices for both metal and vinyl sheathing, then came up with the plan to pull off all the foam board, clean off the mastic, and paint the cement with a waterproofing paint. This was about half the cost of sheathing and looked much, much better. He dug down around the foundation to remove the foam, cleaned the walls and painted, then came back to fill in after the paint had cured. He also cleaned the rust off the window sills and painted them. He was prompt, cleaned up, responsive, and a very good problem solver. A pleasure to work with.
