We have used this company several times for our our rental property and our own home. Every time we have called them with a problem we have gotten a quick callback...usually within an hour. They usually are at the job on the same day we call or the next day. Thir prices are great and we have been very happy with their prompt friendly service. I highly recommend them!

They were very fast in coming to us and they used products that were high quality but not elegant so the price was really good.

When they fixed it the first time, I still had problems and they lied to me about whether there was a problem with the hook up or not, when I had a person come in and check they found that the problem was actually where Stong's had "fixed" it. I had them come in again and I still had problems. They destroyed my fence, and lied about that, and my basement ended up being flooded with sewage. They didn't offer to help clean it up, even though it was their fault. One time when I called the man used foul language. I should have checked Angie's List.
