I had a home inspection done. the inspector could not get the boiler to burn. I relayed this to Nancy thru our agent and she assured me that the boiler was taken care of and that it would work fine. the company she hired to do the work did not do the job propper and when I needed to call them back to the house to make the repairs correct. I was charged $435.75 for repairs that should have been compleated in july. When I contacted Nancy about this she was rude and short with me and said I bought this house "AS IS" . I clearly had a contract to repair the plumbing and heating and she did not hold up her end of the contract All thru the process she was very unprofessional.
