Merry Maids of Fond du Lac

Merry Maids went above and beyond all my expectations. Amazing Job!!!

They did a horrible job. My mother is in her nineties. I was not on-site to monitor the cleaning. When we moved her out of the house, we discovered that they were not cleaning. It was greasy and dirty. They just came in, took a vacuum, and went around the very center. Of course, she is old and not paying attention and I am not there. At that time, I decided to go with them for housecleaning because I had used the Merry Maids here at one point. I am in Minnesota and she is in Wisconsin. I had used Merry Maids in Minnesota a few years ago and I was pleased with them. So, I decided to try them because I found them good, but they were not. When I wrote to them and said that this was not good, they never contacted me.

I hired this company to clean house for my elderly mother. I live in another state. Since I received a bill from them every 3 weeks I assumed they were getting the job done. However, we recently moved my mother out of her house and were appalled at how dirty everything was. They did nothing but surface clean. I have written to them and have heard nothing.
