We specialize in providing chimney repair and rebuilding,but offer a wide range of masonry services.We are based in Fond du Lac but we service a large area of Eastern Wisconsin including Milwaukee,Madison,Green Bay and surrounding areas. We take pride in our work and are dedicated to giving our customers a quality job at a fair price. This ,we believe, is why we have been in business for over 25 years. Called and left message for them. They called back within hours and made appointment for next morning. Showed up right on time and after viewing damaged area gave me estimate for job which they said they could do now. Talented, professional, and personable, they got to work and in about 4-5 hours had the job done. They noticed a shingle on the 2nd floor that had come loose and since my days of climbing ladders are over they were kind enough to run one of their ladders up and repair the shingle as well. Cleaned the work area well. Having hired contractors over the years, it was a far better experience than I had expected.

They did a good job. They got it done in just a couple of hours. They showed up on site, called me up, quoted the job and it was done a couple of hours later. I was very satisfied with them. I never met him face to face, it was all done over the phone. He was quick, responsive and knowledgeable. He did a neat job, cleaned up and were in and out of there quickly. So far, I've had no problems with it.

Overall, the quality and price of the work was excellent. They were right on time and very courteous. My only complaint is that while working on the part of my chimney that intersects with my bathroom instead of using a drop cloth or rag they wiped up their mess with my bath towel and washcloth which are both now ruined. In addition to this, instead of properly disposing of the leftover mortar it was dumped in my backyard.

"THE MEMBER WAS GREAT TO WORK FOR.SHE RESPONDED PROMPTLY AFTER I SUBMITTED MY ESTIMATE TO HER AND I AM VERY GRATEFUL FOR HER ALLOWING ME TO DO THE REQUESTED WORK.I APOLOGIZED TO HER FOR USING HER BATH TOWEL TO DRY MY HANDS ON.WE DID USE A DROP CLOTH ,BUT AFTER CLEANING UP I WASHED MY HANDS IN THE BATHROOM AND THEY WERE NOT CLEAN WHEN I DRIED THEM ON HER BATH TOWEL,THIS WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. AS TO THE MORTAR BEING DUMPED IN THE BACK YARD I RESPECTFULLY DISAGREE WITH HER. I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT DUMP MORTAR IN HER YARD. THIS IS SOMETHING I WOULD NEVER DO AND HAVE NOT DONE IN MY 20+ YEARS IN BUSINESS. I CARRY PLENTY OF BUCKETS ON MY TRUCK TO PLACE ANY UNUSED MORTAR IN.IT WAS A PLEASURE WORKING FOR THE MEMBER AND I HOPE THIS WILL NOT DETOUR HER FROM USING ME AGAIN. I REALLY APPRECIATE THE BUSINESS."
