Keith was thorough and professional. He took his time to explain to us the condition of the home. He answered all of our questions completely. He provided a complete home inspection along with a complete report. The report was so helpful for us to prioritize the things that needed to be fixed in our home. The pictures that he included in his report were extremely useful when we scheduled maintenance work. He also emailed a copy of the report to us so that we could forward it to one of our contractors. This was the fourth home that I have had a home inspected, but it was the first time that I used Integrity Inspections LLC. This was the best experience that I have had. Keith came highly recommended to us. I believe that the name of his company says it all. This was a very positive experience.

Keith Vanevenhoven did an excellent job in our opinion and we were very happy with his inspection. He arrived early and was already done with the roof inspection when we got there. He gave us his opinion on topics beyond a normal inspection (such as his 'guestimate' on how long he thought things like the roof, furnace, and other appliances would probably last... putting many of our worries we had at ease). Keith also gave us many tips on how to do upkeep on our new home so that it looked like the job was done well; as well as many tips on ways to save money in the future. He reminded us several times to give him in a call anytime if we had questions in the future. He was very personable and we felt comfortable following him around. He seemed to have a good working relationship with our realtor as well, which made the process easier at times. We didn't feel rushed and he was able to answer all of our questions. In a good way, Keith treated us (and addressed our concerns) like we were first time home owners and I think his advice will come in very handy in the future. PLEASE NOTE: *** I rated the price as "n/a" because we are first time home buyers and I DID NOT shop around for the best price (we got four referrals from other people and he was the guy I felt most comfortable with). I also overheard him tell our realtor that he charges different prices based on the size of the property and/or amount of work involved, so you'll have to decide for yourself if he's priced right. In the end, I felt like it was money well spent.
