Very unprofessional and rude. He belittled his worker in front of us. Overpriced.
He cracked the ceramic floor tile and would not replace them.
Had to call him several times to get him to take the paperwork to the power company so they could turn on the gas.
Never again.

Did not install the dishwasher or instant hot. Neither worked when he said he was done. Charged me more for "install" than the diswasher cost! $800.! He was rude and totally incompetent.
