Veterinarians
I recently moved to Fond du Lac and needed a vet for my Cocker Spaniel. Erin, vet tech, was kind and helpful, to both me and my pup. Dr. Joel Dejaynes was personable, talking easily with me as he tended to my dog. They both obviously love animals. I trusted their expertise.

They are the only game in town. We could not find anyone else to put our dock in. We searched the phone book, neighbors who live on the lake, and they were the only provider. In addition, they only do it on Saturdays, weather prevailing. Despite that, he does everything possible to get your dock in before Memorial Day. He comes with a crew of 8--we have a 150 foot Roll-A-Dock--does it quickly, and does it right. He also puts your boat left in. We highly recommend him. Get on his list early and he will do it for you every year. He is expensive, but we could not find a competitor.

They are our primary vet. If you lean in the direction of "wholistic" medicine, they generally recommend this approach. If, on the other hand, you lean more toward the medical model, they view this as important, but stress the wholistic approach first. I prefer the medical model, and they have been receptive to my wishes, but seem to know best what is for my dog, rather than me. I respect their professional opinion, but sometimes I feel that after you have given me my options, it should be my choice. After saying all of this, once you continue to work with them the relationship becomes more collaborative, with compromises from both sides, that ultimately result in excellent care of my dog. Namely, work with them and they will work with you. In the end, I strongly recommend them.

Dr. Sosalla and Dr. Holder and the team at Companion Animal Care are amazing. When we found a lump on my beagle chest we knew it was something we needed to have checked out. They were able to get us in very quickly. The receptionists and vet techs were very welcoming and friendly. Right away they made us feel at ease. Dr. Holder did A full check up on our doggie and determined that she had breast cancer. They made scheduled her to have it removed and told us that it was localized and it would be easily removed. When she had the surgery they made our doggie feel comfortable and loved. When she was out of recovery they gave her, her own room similar looking to a living room. They placed a large blanket on the floor and made her feel at home. They would frequently check on her until we were able to pick her up. When we picked her up they walked us through the procedure and how to take care of her at home while she was healing. Through out the healing process they often called our home to see how she was doing and if we had any questions.
Companion Animal Care is amazing. We will continue to bring our doggie to them for regular check ups and anything else she may need.

All the people there were very professional. It was very clean. It was like going to a human clinic. Their price was average to the industry.
