Tree was removed and they ground down the stump as well as other stumps that were left after the removal of some cedars. Worksite was cleaned up before they left, Great job.

It went very well. They were very professional, kind and efficient. There were only two relatively minor 'hiccups': 1) After the initial visit/consult, my husband called them to let them know that we'd like to proceed with their service, but nobody called us back. A couple weeks later they called to say they'd be there the next day. This didn't leave us much time for preparation. 2) We weren't given an actual written quote -- just a verbal estimate was given to my husband at the initial visit. When the job was done and they came for payment that evening, I was home alone. I was asked if I remembered what cost estimation we were given. I only vaguely remembered what my husband had relayed to me and said that number. (I wish I would have just said I didn't know, since I really didn't know/remember.) The gentleman said that amount sounded about right and wrote out the bill, and then I wrote out a check. When my husband got home later on, I learned that the verbal estimate had actually been less. So, we ended up paying more than we would have if my husband had been home to remind the gentleman of the actual verbal estimate (or if a written quote had been given to us at that initial visit/consult). Truly, though, they did a wonderful job, and we would hire them again and recommend them to others.

Owner called up asking if they could come out and do the job on Jan 25th. A number of jobs had to be cancelled because of soil conditions and since he wanted to keep his employees busy, he asked if they could up the schedule since my job would be fairly simple. I agreed to the work and the next day, I came home to no stumps along the driveway and no tree in the front yard as promised. They had cleaned up fairly decently and filled in as much as they could. The job was very well done and to my complete satisfaction. Price was extremely reasonable for the work performed.

Wayne came out the same day to give us an estimate to have all of the work completed.  We set up a time to have him come out about a month in advance because he was booked solid up until then.  His crew came early in the morning to remove the trees and had the job completed in about 3 hours.  His crew cleaned up all of the branches and debris from cutting down the trees.  They also took away most of the ground up stump mulch but we asked that they leave us some of the dirt/mulch to put around our house.
