Very unprofessional. I don't care that you are getting divorced and you are late. None of my business. Never got on the roof to visualize the problem. Had us pick new stone to put on. Multiple months pass with no contact. Arrived to clean fireplace late, spent most time on the phone with significant other. Removed parts and took with him along with owners manual. Weeks later, I called and left a message he didn't like and he called back and tried to lecture me on leaving stern messages. Said he was waiting on parts. Weeks later, I contacted him again. He refused to accept responsibility for his actions and said he was returning the parts and mailing back the owner manual. Months later, still no owners manual.
