Let me first say that my wife and I are younger in our mid twenties. I stopped in to inquire on a kitchen remodel at the showroom. We were greeted by the receptionist who asked what she could help with and we mentioned we were interested in getting our kitchen remodeled. She went in back and grabbed on of their designers named Dondi who we chatted with. In person she seemed very nice and gave us some good ideas of what their company did along with a useful magazine on kitchen remodels. Later that day she sent an email with a checklist of things to do for a kitchen remodel and that is where the communication stopped. I have tried emailing three times now to find out what the next step is in the process and have had no communication back. Perhaps Dondi feels that we are too young to be able to afford a kitchen remodel worth her while. Poor attitude, terrible communication and un-professional to judge people based on age.
