horrible..... from the rude dispatcher & i think it was joe grimme the owner, to the tech that ruined my carpet with mudd & whatever else he drugg in on his boots. i called them & they straight out refused to even acknowledge the dirty technician ruining my new carpets... what ********

This company charges a service fee and prices are high. If you needed someone right away this would be the company to call as they have more employees working for them.
