Simply Clean, LLC offers professional home cleaning service. We are a small, local company which allows us to learn your home quickly and provide efficient services. Our company is insured and bonded. Customers may schedule: Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or by appointment cleanings. Basic services include: Dusting, vacuuming and washing floors, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. We also offer a variety of additional services such as: Window washing, cleaning and organizing cupboards and closets, move in and move out cleaning along with special projects. We have experience working with realtors and cleaning after construction projects. Customer Promotions: NEW CUSTOMERS receive 1 Free Hour, Referrals providing work for us receive 1 Free Hour (unlimited), and after 30 hours of paid service you will receive 1 Free Hour (unlimited). Rates: Service is provided at $40 / hour / person with a minimum of 2 service hours ($80). We provide service to the following areas: Fall River, Columbus, Sun Prairie, Madison, Cottage Grove, DeForest, Waunakee, Windsor and surrounding areas. Just ask if your area isn't listed. She is very good and thorough. She does great follow up and she is also bonded. She does such a beautiful job with things such as mirrors and windows. She listens and is responsive and reliable. I have been using on and off for over the last 4 years. She is everything I want and more.

Amanda Ladwig is the owner of the company. It is not a great and big company. She has two or three people that work for her and she is amazing. I have recommended her to lots of folks. She does not have a big and fancy website but she is just excellent. I do not even know what she charges per hour because I just say to her, "Come and clean and tell me how much I owe you." She comes when I need her service. A lot of times, when I am going on a trip, I will have her come. She is so trustworthy. I will just say to her, "I have to be gone for the next two weeks, could you come?" I have animals so when I go, I need somebody that is going to clean between times to make sure that my house looks good and she brings herself in and she knows exactly what to do. She recognizes what needs to be done and if she does something that I am like, "Well, I really did not think that you needed to do that," she would not charge me for it. She is just absolutely outstanding and I cannot say enough good things about her. I am actually having her go and clean a relative's house on Saturday.
