SPECIAL T SIDING & CONSTR

Earlier this summer I decided to get quotes on siding for my home. I did my research and found several options available to me. I contacted each and asked them to come out to have a look. The quotes varied quite a bit. I asked for references from each? if I was going to spend that kind of money I wanted to know it would be done right. While viewing some of the homes I was lucky enough to have been able to talk to some of the home owners. I asked if they were happy with the work done on their homes and found that one company in particular had all extremely high recommendations?Special T Siding.  Before making my final decision I met with Tim (Special T Siding) on couple more occasions to work out all the details.  Tim was very patient and answered all my many questions. Tim assured me that I would be happy when the project was completed? I told him the job was his.

As I was in no hurry to have the work done, I scheduled it for October. Last week Tim and his crew started my project. I had multiple doors replaced, windows removed and a window installed in addition to the replacement of the existing siding.

The work now is complete and I couldn?t be happier with all that was done. My project took about 5 working days. I was most pleased with the attention to detail and pride in workmanship.  If you?ve similar projects on your agenda I suggest you at the very least consider Tim...it?s rare these days to find someone who takes such great pride in a job well done and at a fair price!

I was very pleased with the work Special T did on my home which is 36 yrs old. Tim helped me pick out the colors for the siding, shakes and the stone for the front of the garage. His two sons worked on my project and did an excellent job!. They were always very professional, courteous and friendly. They were on the job at 7:30 am every morning and generally left at 5:00 pm every afternoon. They cleaned up the job site every day and were very neat and clean. If I had any questions, they answered them politely and explained their answers for me. When I wanted a change made, they were very agreeable and happy to honor my wishes. They warranty their work and the project came in right on budget. The colors that Tim and I picked out really made the house stand out and look like a new home. I just love it! I have had so many compliments from the neighbors on how nice my home looks and what a nice job Special T did on my home. I would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them to others.

I found Tim last summer on Angie's List. He came and gave us an estimate, telling us that he couldn't get to the job until Fall. That was fine with us. I called once in the Fall to see where we were on his schedule and got a prompt reply with a time specified as to when he could get to the work. Because the job was rather small and straightforward, Tim was able to work alone and get it done in 2 days. Everything went just great and the "new" garage looks terrific. The new window is a vast improvement over the old one. Tim works efficiently and steadily. Once he started the job, he stuck with it for those two days. He is a very pleasant man, good-spirited and a good communicator. We are very pleased with the work he did and with our interactions with him.
