He meets deadlines, finishes the project with a concern for detail, and is meticulous in his clean-up after the project is completed. He hire qualified people to assist him in completing the project - they share the same work ethic that Luke Johnson has. His honesty and integrity are without question - I trusted him with my home when I was not there. He communicates well the ideas he has for the project, but only after listening carefully to the homeowners needs. His workmanship is of the highest quality - the finishing details on my porch were carefully planned and executed. If in the future I have any construction, I would go to Luke first. He meets the three 'C's qualifications: clear, courteous, and careful.
Description of Work: He constructed a three season porch . Two years ago, he finished the basement in my condo.
