The company also does housecleaning, and we had them come at least monthly for about 2 years. Then one day they didn't show up and we never heard from them again -- I assume they are out of business. (Certainly we wouldn't use them again).
Shannon V. was providing handyman services as part of the housecleaning service, and the rates were very low. We only had him do minor things like caulking, and the work was fine. However, when he was the only one who came to clean, he would do everything on my list but never any of the "if time permots" things, and not be working the full two hours (arrive late, take phone break, leave early).
