Justin did a great job with a helper. They fixed everything well, cleaned up after the work, and the price was very reasonable and matched the quote.

He's my handyman and I love him. I couldn't live in this house without him. He does painting and plumbing for me. He fixed my garage door. A chipmunk got into my dryer and died. He took it apart and fixed it and put in a seal so that nothing else could get in there.He can fix anything. He's reasonable and there isn't anything he can't do. He follows up from the beginning to the end and leaves everything neat. He's great.

Justin reattached my eves trough to my house which had come unattached a few days earlier. The job was performed to my complete satisfaction and priced exactly where I felt the job was worth. I could not be more satisfied!!

We revived a quote on some deck repairs, securing the deck to the structure, securing support beams to the ground and cross beam, and leveling out the steps so the slant at the stop of the steps is no longer present or not as noticeable. Justin quoted us 900-100, and the final cost for the deck work was under that estimate so we used the remainder we had set a side for the deck repair to have him remove some wallpaper in our main bathroom.
The deck repair went well, it took three trips to take care of. One day for securing the deck to the structure, and start on securing support beams. The second to finish up the beams and start on the stairs. The third to finish up the deck stairs. He returned a fourth day to remove the wallpaper from the bathroom.
We were very happy with the work completed on our home, and the helpful tips he gave for removing the wallpaper before we threw in the towel and had him do the removal.

Justin was very knowledgeable. I hired Justin to install faux wood blinds. He did a great job. His price is very fair. He also fixed a issue with our counter top. I felt my money was very well spent by hiring Justin. I am very satisfied with his work. He took a great care in installing blinds. I will definitely hire him if I need any help. I also highly recommend Justin to my friends.

They did a great job and the client was really happy. They got done in a day even though it was a tough job. The house was a really high 4-1/2 story building and had some tricky places; there were not many places to put the ladder close to the house but despite all the challenges they did it. They did the job on time and the price was good. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

The project went smoothly. Madison Residential was hired to paint my office 3 different colors. There was some patch work on the plaster that require sanding and patching. The painting was done very well with nice straight lines on the accent walls.

They also did some demo work which involved ripping out old carpet and pad. They did more than I asked them to do and stayed late to finish it.

I was very pleased with the work that Justin did. He explained everything well and was very fair with our bill. He painted a door for us and the paint application didn't work quite right. He ended up stripping the paint and didn't charge us for the time. I would definitely call Justin again!

MRI were very pleasant to work with. They required only one phone call, and one visit to provide an estimate and perform the work (while two or three others we called wanted one visit for the estimate and a second visit to do the job). They were efficient, professional, and we plan to use them again in future.

The project is going good overall. I enjoy working with Justin as he has worked on may projects at our home. He is honest and hardworking.

We had a really horrible experience with the builder when our place was under construction. We ended up with a lot of incomplete work, broken promises and overall very poor quality. We were more than a little apprehensive about hiring someone to help us with our framing project. When we put our work request out for a quote we were shocked to receive more than 30 responses. Madison Residential's quote was right about in the middle of the range of prices we received. The big clincher for me after price (more than half the quotes we received were in the same range or lower) was the fact that Madison Residential had a website and a good reference on Angie's List. Ultimately we made the right decision. The framing and door are GREAT! It honestly went way beyond our expectations (which may be a bit low based on past experiences). Justin was a pleasure to have around, courteous, clean and overall wonderful! Madison Residential will be our first call for all our futures projects (and there are many)!

The work went great. I am so happy to have my list of to-do work complete. He did a lot of work on my gutters; reattaching the back side that was falling off, put covers over the gutters, cleaned the gutters as he installed the covers, reattached a downspout that was falling apart. He built a shelf in my garage for storage that is very sturdy. He installed a motion sensor light and installed a washing machine pedestal that raises my machine up so I don't have to bend over any more. He cleaned up any mess and in the past if I was not happy with something he has corrected it. That for me is important. He has always been honest on the amount of time he and his employees worked and supplies that he had to buy.
