Our previous provider's internet speed was no longer adequate. Litewire had left a card in the mailbox and I called them. They were very helpful on the phone and did not make promises they couldn't keep. Some areas of our neighborhood are unable to get a signal and they said that when one of their installers was in the area in the next week, they would check our place - which they did and called me back to tell me that they would need to install the plate/dish at the end of the driveway. At this time, I needed to delay the service a couple of weeks. When Steve arrived right on time, we asked for more specifics about installing something at the end of the driveway and he showed us the equipment. Because we live in a heavily wooded area, this was the only place that would pick up the signal from a local antenna. He explained that he would have to run a wire up to the house and around it to install, but that they do not bury the cable. He said that it only needed to be 2-3" deep. Steve was very professional and polite and when the new service was hooked up, I could tell that it was vastly different than previously. I've been using it for 2 weeks to work remotely and it's been great.

Throughout that time their service has been very inconsistent. Their connection strength has not been as strong as promised. It would go out and then back on often. I am a designer so my business depends on my internet service for sending emails and files. I have been calling them for last few weeks because my internet is out and they have failed to answer my phone calls. I leave messages and nobody calls me back. I finally called on my husbands cell phone and they picked up. This is very poor customer service. I have been stuck with them for some time because we are in a pocket where they are the only provider. I am now switching because someone else in the area has started provide service. I went in there today and spoke to either a customer representative or one of the owners and asked why they had been ignoring my calls. He said they didn't answer because they didn't want to.
