House Cleaning
Angela was contacted via phone to determine if her company was available to assist in cleaning up a residential renovation project. Since she was driving, I offered to call her back early the next morning. She actually returned my cal instead. A date and time were scheduled. As the project deadline approached, the project was ahead of schedule by one day. A call was placed to see if she was available a day early. Due to her accommodation, her company arrived one day early and helped us meet the deadline with ease. Further, she made sure to provide a completed invoice and any other necessary contact information for future services.
