Their prices were great. The quality of their work was excellent. They were responsive and punctual. They were very professional.

Horribly, don't use them for plumbing.   See my saga above and learn from it. I had to write the buyer beware warning.  All I could think when I was going through the horrible experience is all I wanted is a water softener and it was going to cost me $5000.00??  One thing after another, the city gets involved with inspectors too. What a nightmare.  The whole situation with the water softener was a fiasco.  It shouldn't have happened.  The subsequent events with the sink faucet sealed the deal for me.  I had other projects planned, another bathroom to be added but we will look for another plumbing company for sure. The worst part is feeling helpless in situations like this, especially when I called them on the banging.  He was flattening a pipe to loosen the fitting.... as a plumber don't you usually have one of those?  Do you usually do that in the basement of a customers house?  Right below where the customer is sitting after they already questioned you about that?  The whole floor was shaking with him pounding.......  I don't know maybe I'm just suspicious but I think he was pounding on the water pipe connection or some where on there and put pressure enough to crack the water main.... maybe that's just me.  Everyone can make up their own mind, I made up mine.
