"It was great i was told by nick he would be at my place at 12 pm and he actually was 15 min earlies he set up my whole garage to work on cars exactly how i wanted and imagined he even built my work bench so it collapses into the wall like i wanted and put outlets in it as well he was reasonably priced and didnt rape me with labor i am having him come back this spring to redo my deck as well he was professionable and knowledgeable"

"Blackhawk did a great job of building my deck. The deck size was about 40 x 20. I would like to comment on 3 areas of their service. Sales/ customer service - Excellent. They are very professional and have excellent response time. They are flexible and focused on making the customer happy. Craftsmanship - Outstanding. The team that built the deck was a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable and provided many recommendations that improved the design of the deck. The deck is build to the highest standard of quality. Issue resolution - As with many projects, there can be minor disagreement between what was agreed upon. I ran into such and issue but Blackhawk resolved the issue quickly and fairly. I truly feel they are all about customer satisfaction."
