Computer Repair
We received as estimate from Synergy Concepts for a little over $800 to install new telephone & data line. When the bill came, it was double. We came to an agreement that included a $300 discount off our first bill from TW Telecom. It's been 7 months, and I've called every month, and still no credit. They kept saying next month, but now they are saying they have no record of it. I contacted Synergy again last month and they said they would get back to me, but I never heard a word. I emailed them again at the beginning of the week, but no response. They were very hard to contact during the project, and now they are just completely ignoring me. Very sad.
