My wife and I decided not to go through with our attic project because we decided to concentrate on doing landscaping in our backyard instead. However, if our financial situation was slightly different, we would've proceeded with converting our attic into a playroom in a heartbeat. In short, Ron gave us peace of mind that this project was not only feasible, but that it would be done with high quality craftsmanship and professionalism. He provided us a very detailed proposal for the work and materials needed for our attic project, was very insightful, and we could tell that he would've completed the job in a very efficient and effective manner. Ron is very pragmatic and really understands architectural / structural design. He knows all the complicated codes for ventilation, ceiling height, windows, lighting, staircases, insulation, etc. Above all, Ron was incredibly patient, and gave us so much of his time despite not proceeding with our project. I received about half a dozen bids for this project, and Ron's was by far the most detailed, thought out, and just made the most sense. Should our financial situation change in the near future, I'll be contacting Ron.

The work went smoothly and was professionally handled. The owner, Ron, is a pleasure to work with. His crew is meticulous and added to the value of our home with their excellent work. When one piece did not go as expected, it was immediately rectified with no excuses, and , of course at no charge. We liked all of the people who came to work in our home, and outside our home, and have more work scheduled.

The intercom system was around $12,000. The price also includes custom shelves and hardwood floors. We've used them before and we like them. They give suggestions on ways to keep costs down. If we want to do something they look into it and look for an easier way to do it. They are friendly and all their contractors are friendly. They are easy to work with and easy to get hold of. They stay in contact.

Wallner Builders rebuilt my Garden Room and did many other services. Dale did excellent handiman services for me, as previously reported.

They were awesome to work with. They become family almost. They are considerate and they were in tune with our needs. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, they are the best.

They are very good. Their price is a little higher, but their work is outstanding, so it's well worth the cost.

It went well and since I made changes and additions as we went along it took a month and a half longer then promised. I think the builder did an outstanding job. It was something I wished I hadn't had to do, but I'm extremely satisfied with the results and I'm glad I chose Wallner Builders. I'd rate the company 4 stars plus!

Wallner Builders did an excellent job for us. We had three re-modelers come to bid on the job. Wallner was the only one to return with a detailed, comprehensive estimate. Ron Klassen did a beautiful job designing the changes to the space, and he was very responsive to our suggestions and wishes. The work started a few weeks later than we anticipated but went smoothly from that point forward. Our ultimate cost was much higher than the original estimate, but only because we continued to add to the project and to choose pricier materials than had originally been estimated. All sub-contractors were efficient and professional. Ron and his crew were extremely patient and responsive as we made changes.
