Description of Work: We bought a sewing machine from them many years ago. They recently changed to only servicing one brand of machine, and it's not the brand they sold us. They told my wife when she went there that it said that on their web site, which it does not. No mention that they no longer service what they sold.

+ -1 moreThe tension dial snapped off my machine one day. I was able to find a replacement part, but was unsure how to attach it. The first place I called said they could do it in about a week. Bigsby's said they could do it that afternoon. I dropped it off, and went to run errands. Thirty minutes later, they called to say it was done! With projects piling up, it sure was nice to get my machine back so quickly. And the people sure were a lot nicer than Crabby Guy at the first place! Small repair, but well done!
Description of Work: Replaced the tension dial on my 25 year-old sewing machine.

+ -1 moreMachine was repaired promptly and I had the machine back in 72 hours. Have not had any problems with the machine since the repair was done. Staff phoned when repairs were completed.
Description of Work: Seventeen year old Pfaff serger needed cleaning and repair. I had tried cleaning and replacing blades at home, but did not cure the problem.
