Sewing Machine Repair
The tension dial snapped off my machine one day. I was able to find a replacement part, but was unsure how to attach it. The first place I called said they could do it in about a week. Bigsby's said they could do it that afternoon. I dropped it off, and went to run errands. Thirty minutes later, they called to say it was done! With projects piling up, it sure was nice to get my machine back so quickly. And the people sure were a lot nicer than Crabby Guy at the first place! Small repair, but well done!

They did a great job for me. I have another one that really does need a good tune up so I will probably be bringing it there, so I will be using them in the future.

Handyman Service
Machine was repaired promptly and I had the machine back in 72 hours. Have not had any problems with the machine since the repair was done. Staff phoned when repairs were completed.
