Plummer Concrete

The provider was over two weeks late doing the job, the job went ok, the crew was polite, but half way thru the job the boss left and the crew that were there did a terrible job of finishing the concrete. there are over 100 spots of unfinished areas, pockets cavities and craters, and one area completely unfinished. I had an executive from the company come out and he admitted the job wasn't right and asked me what I wanted. I told him I expected a discount. He told me he didn't think his boss would give me any discount and he tried to tell me the floor is 95% good. I agreed but asked about the 5% that's bad. he told me he would talk to his boss and try. A few days later he called me and told me there would be no discount. A few days later (about a week after the job was finished) I got a legal notice from the provider stating that if the bill isn't paid they would take out a lien on my property. I hadn't even gotten a final bill from them yet. the bill came about a week later so I paid it. so now I'm stuck with a lousy floor I had to pay full price for.
