Repairman was running late but called to let me know. When he arrived, he was professional and knowledgeable--answered all my questions. In addition to fixing the oven he adjusted all the range burners. He was at my house for less than an hour, but I was billed for 1.5 hours of labor. When I called to ask about this I was told that this includes driving time. I'm not sure if this was explained up front (my wife made the appt and she couldn't recall if it was mentioned).

MIKE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING OUR SERVICE CONNECTED. HE WORKED WITH US ON OUR SCHEDULE AND GOT THE JOB DONE WITHIN ONE DAY OF WHEN WE WERE READY.
