My husband and I were in the process of purchasing a foreclosure. During our home inspection, the inspector turned the water on after it had been winterized for at least a year and a half. Strangely no water came out nor did any noise of air from out of the pipes. Found out that the hot water copper pipe above our kitchen/dining room ceiling on our mail level burst and leaked into the originally finished ceiling. Unfortunately, we had to have this fixed in order to secure the loan for the home. However, we were able to have one of Roger's guys meet our realtor at the house and fix the pipe quickly for us to close asap. In order to fix it, they had to remove some ceiling to get to the piping. Found out the pipe that had burst lead to our master shower on the 2nd floor, where it had a kink in it near the on/off inside the shower that may have some residual water after winterization that later moved through the pipe and burst when it froze during a winter. They were able to react quickly for us! I will never forgot how they were able to go out of their way for us!
Price above was $85 for service charge and $4.67 for tax.
